6. Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment Requirements
- Full payment required at time of booking confirmation
- Security deposits may be held on credit cards

- Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days
Cancellation Policy
Track Day Excellence
- More than 7 days: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 3-7 days: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
- Weather cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling
Lifestyle Concierge and Performance Sedans
- More than 48 hours: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- 24-48 hours: 75% refund
- Less than 24 hours: 25% refund
- No-shows: No refund
7. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently:
Direct Communication
Contact our customer service team to discuss the issue
Mediation
If direct resolution fails, we will engage a neutral mediator
Arbitration
Final disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Singapore law
- Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction
- Disputes will be resolved in English language
- Singapore International Arbitration Centre rules apply

8. Termination
